Program Guidelines
Your role is to provide honest, unbiased feedback to help Chef Créole maintain its high standards.
Standards to Evaluate
1. Customer Service
- Observe whether staff greet you warmly and assist you professionally.
- Pay attention to their menu knowledge and willingness to accommodate requests.
2. Food Quality
- Ensure dishes are fresh, flavorful, and served at the proper temperature.
- Note any discrepancies in portion size or presentation compared to menu descriptions.
3. Cleanliness
- Check if the dining area, restrooms, and visible kitchen areas are spotless and organized.
- Look for signs of neglect, such as overflowing trash bins or dirty tables.
4. Ambiance
- Evaluate whether the location feels inviting and reflects the Chef Créole brand.
- Take note of the music, lighting, decor, and seating arrangements.
5. Problem Resolution
- If an issue arises, test how staff handle it and document their response.
Requirements to Receive Benefits
To receive your gift card for participating:
- Complete the Mystery Shopper Evaluation Form accurately.
- Upload a clear photo of your receipt from the visit.
- Provide clear photos of all ordered items and any additional purchases.
Additional Guidelines
- Be discreet in your role as a mystery shopper.
- Review this guide carefully before completing the evaluation form.
- Submit the evaluation form within 1 day of your visit to ensure accuracy and remain eligible for the program.
- Submissions without required attachments will be considered incomplete and ineligible for rewards.
- Provide constructive feedback with examples when possible.
- We may reach out to you for visits to specific locations and, at times, ask you to order a particular item from the menu.
Prohibited Actions
- Avoid rude behavior or intentionally creating disruptions.
- Do not engage in activities that may harm Chef Créole’s reputation.
